does this look like a third world country? i think not... so shut up yes i can speak english, i have electricity, i live in a high rise thats 39 storeys high, i have internet and none of that dial-up shit, i am able to use a knife and fork AND chopsticks properly, stores dont close when it gets dark, streetlights actually light up the streets, buses actually work and if youre waiting for a bus for more than 15 minutes you feel like dying because we have the best public transport system in the world, we probably have more cell phones than they have in the whole of canada, i walk without looking at anybody, cashiers work so fast that all your groceries are in the bag before you have your money out, theres no tax, we have open bar, our office towers are huge and we dont have one big building that serves as some kind of landmark, almost all our office towers are landmarks, you can actually hail a taxi at anytime of the day and they will pick you up, when going through immigration we put our i.d. cards into a machine and it scans our thumb and we go through. so i repeat... hong kong is not a third world country |

| hmm...chinese new year has come and gone and i was stuck here...
although i was not completely chinese dinnerless i did miss my family and hearing about all the fun they were having without me kinda sucked...
hai... chin up and face the next three months head on!! im going to be home soon!!! >_<
oh and we're supposed to be getting a dog...what dogs are cool???and not inhumanely large...  please suggest something...i am clueless when it comes to dogs!
